What a beautifully unique looking plant

What a beautifully unique looking plant this is.Bought a Callistemon Tree - Red Australian Bottle Brush Tree after spotting one at a garden centre. Unfortunately the GC option was too large, however I managed to find a patio suitable sized option on gardening expressa??s website, so was thrilled.Great price, well package overnight delivery box. Whata??s not to love.

The plants arrived dead and no number to contact with I feel that I wasted my money for nothing This is the worse company everI don't recommend this company to anyone

Spent an absolute fortune ....olives

Spent an absolute fortune ....olives trees are supposed to be xxxl (250-300) ..just about 230..two of them!!Flamingo trees look dead ...4 of them7 plants ordered all un all!!@I've sent email after email ...absolute no response ...fumming!!!

No delivery, no refund, no support

I placed an order on June 15 and never received the item. After waiting over a week, I contacted customer service to cancel the order. I submitted the request twice through their customer form but only received an automated reply a?? no real response at all.To this day, Ia??ve had no delivery, no refund, and no proper customer support.Whata??s worse is that there is no email or phone number to contact them directly. You cana??t send messages on their Facebook page, and their Instagram DMs are disabled. It feels like theya??re deliberately avoiding customer contact.This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.Order #700801703

Poor Customer Service and Contact

I have items missing from an order and despite querying this via the completion of their contact form, which is the only way to make contact!! I have not yet received an update or an acknowledgment. Whilst searching for some other way to make contact as had not heard anything for a week, I submitted another form but then discovered the penalty of being placed at the bottom of the pile for doing this. Very poor customer service and after sales contact.

Took money and delivered nothing

Plants were ordered on 2 June (now 1st July) and still nothing has arrived. I was told to wait 15 days which has long gone and they wona??t reply to any emails requesting an update or a refund.

My order arrived over a month late with

My order arrived over a month late with no communication at all. When it finally turned up, the plants were in terrible condition a?? wilted and badly packaged. Extremely disappointing experience. I wona??t be ordering again.

Ordered 16 strawberry plants only 12

Ordered 16 strawberry plants only 12 delivered sent them a message and picture of labels of plants received and waited a long time for response they wanted a picture of every plant and label which I refused I'm not a gallery and strawberry are so cheap why would I lie so no response and I take it they would rather lose a good customer over 4 strawberry plants things must be tough for them luckily I had not placed an order for something expensive the date given is a guess as has been a long time

Pretty poor

It took them 19 business days to despatch my order. When my order arrived, it was missing two plants. I have tried to contact them three times now to either sort out delivery of the missing plants or a refund. I have had no answer. There is no phone line and they don't respond to emails. Very poor service on the whole. Will not be buying from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
