AVOID GARDENING EXPRESS!

Stay away from this company. Theya??ve Ignore all emails and contact. Placed two orders (ordered from them before and all was good) however on this occasion all 10 house plants arrived damaged/dying. The two grape plants never arrived and still waiting for an order and got nothing whatsoever back, have proof with photos proof of damages and theya??ve ignored everything.

Shockingly bad service.

I made an order on the 11th June. It is now the 3rd July and my order still hasna??t arrived, no shipment or delivery information given, and no communication to say where my order is. You can only fill in a form online which says they will reply to you within two days, which they have not. Absolutely shocking. Will not be ordering from here again.

Received absolutely awful plants from

Received absolutely awful plants from them. Most of them were dead the rest had gone mouldy, slimy and even had slugs in the pots. The smell was horrible when I opened the box of very badly packed plants all be it dead plants. I sent several emails and photos and they made it difficult by asking me to send photos of the plant passports on the side of the pots which most but only two had it on there. I had half of my order missing and ita??s almost like I was lying. Believe me Ia??m not a complainer but these plants from this company are disgusting and I wasna??t going to not complain and ask for a full refund for all of my orders all of which had dead plants. The hey guarantee a 14 day full refund and a 5 year guarantee for their plants so I should be getting a refund. I dona??t think they will want the plants or the slugs back though but if they do they are welcome to pick them up. May be more expensive but ita??s worth buying healthy plants you can see before you buy them.

Gardening Express sold me a bamboo

Gardening Express sold me a bamboo plant claiming a great discount. It arrived in complete opposite to what had been advertised. There were only a few half dry shoots with completely dry and falling leaves. I took photos and sent them to Gardening Express. After a long wait and many obstacles they caused, they eventually said that if I look after the plant properly, it will flourish and become healthy! It was a rip off. They are cowboys and charlatans.

Shocking company

Shocking company. No delivery. No response to multiple emails. Ordered and paid. Received confirmation then nothing. No delivery. No response. No phone number. I can only advise everyone to avoid them.

Never had a problem before, but

Never had a problem before, but in my latest order one plant I received was half dead, & dispatch took nearly 2 weeks. I asked for a replacement, I asked for a refund... Didn't receive a response. Needless to say would not recommend & won't be using again

I bought 2 pink lavenders

I bought 2 pink lavenders, 1 was alright and the other one was dead. I have purchased magnolias from this company before and they all died. I thought I would give Gardening Express a second chance but they are rubbish. The packaging has so much sellotape around the plants making it very difficult to get them free.
