The delivery arrived in two parts on different days around 4 weeks after ordering, with one item still missing. The plants provided were extremely poor quality, i have tried to save a couple but they are failing fast. The customer service is appalling. I have emailed them upteen times for a refund or explanation and now they are ignoring me, leaving me around a ?40 out of pocket. Not a company I would recommend, it is worth the extra few pounds buying from a reputable garden centre

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. Two large missing plants from an order and impossible to get replacements or a refund. Have not responded to numerous messages and no phone support to make contact. Even messages and comments on social media are disabled so you cana??t make any contact.

Wrong plants delivered

I ordered two Cart D'or roses. It was only when these plants began to flower that it was obvious they were not yellow, they were red.I have had no reply to two messages for an explanation and corrective action.This has been an unhappy experience and serves as a warning about buying, on line, from this company.

Update good news!

Only fair to update my review. Had a lovely email from Tabitha, who issued a refund to me today. Checked my bank and its in there pending, so I can let go all the stress this caused me, and wish GE all the best with sorting out their issues.

Still waiting after seven weeks

Still waiting after seven weeks. No response whatsoever. Cowboys and rip off merchants. Do not buy from these thieves.

Terrible

Terrible - AvoidI ordered my plants. Took over 15 days to receive part of the order. It has now been nearly 3 weeks I have not received the full order nor have I received a refund. I am unable to contact the company the website runs an automated On Line Chat service that does not answer issues or complaints and sends out the same standard email response. There is no customer service - no phone number it is a faceless website.

I am still waiting for an order I placed on the 15th June ! I have emailed and ask only to be told that it will be with me soon . I have not been given tracking or anything and none seems to be trying to resolve my complaint , I have asked for a refund but no one is getting back to me , avoid this company if you can

Avoid avoid avoid Took my money a month ago and havena??t even dispatched the bulk of the order. Dona??t respond to emails, and therea??s clearly a reason that they dona??t have a phone number and comments turned off on social media. Look elsewhere, support local!
