Absolute trash. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered loads of stuff over 2 months ago. Had to chargeback because they ignore all attempts to contact them. Finally got a massive package from them containing one pack of useless 99p seeds I cannot plant. Ordered a ?30 of plants. They must have spent over a ?6 on postage for this too. Absolute criminals.
This is the worst shop Ia??ve ever purchased from in the UK. Placed an order three weeks ago and therea??s still no signs of dispatching. Therea??s no phone number, so I contacted their customer service through the website form last week, got a response that completely ignored my request to cancel the order. I asked many times for the order to be cancelled due to this massive delay, no response. I need a full refund, so I can purchase from someone else. Please respond. Fae
Placed 2 orders 11 days ago. They claim delivery in 3-5 days. One order was delivered within a week. The other is still stuck a "pending". I've since ordered again (3 days ago) and this is "pending" too. They do not have a telephone to speak to anyone when problems arise - you have to just fill in their web form and wait. Decent plants but I can't buy from a company with no interest in customer problems.
Not impressed so far. They sent two expensive bare root roses out in the middle of summer. One died straight away and the other is poorly. To be fair they do guarantee them so if they die they will replace them.Shame they just ignore messages sent via there website.
There was a big delay in the plants arriving. I ordered on the 24/5/25. The website said shipping in 3-5 working days. Sometimes can take 5-10. The delivery came in 2 batches dust arrived on the 25/6/25 and the second on the 1/7/25. There was no communication from them about the delay or the multiple deliveries. They didna??t respond to either of my contact attempts. I ordered about a ?100 worth of plants so not a massive order. The plants seem pretty good apart from the Lupins (not sure if theya??ll survive yet)Probably wouldna??t use them again. They were cheap but not enough for the hassel
Made an order on the 7th June for 2 plants and it took over three weeks for them to arrive. They came separately on different days. The rose was okay but the clematis was not in the best condition. Lots of dead leaves and a snapped stem which was disappointing. Probably won't use again, I'll stick to my local garden centre!
