Review Time
Order placed 15 May, delivered just within 15 working days (this changed from up to 10 days whist I was waiting for the delivery). Plants were very tired, I lost a few but those that survived have flourished to be fair. Order was missing one plant and despite raising this with the company twice, have had no response. It was only a ?7.99 but thata??s not really the point. Would never order from them again.
I've dealt with some pretty poor online ordering companies, I'm afraid Gardening Express are the worst in my experiences, if there were zero stars I would have given that. Contrary to what their mission statement says there is very little support for queries like "where is my order" !, very difficult to communicate with as they dont offer a telephone contact service (that is to manage complaints same as a well known internet provider).After ordering on the 4th June 25 I have just received an email confirming my order has been dispatched (only after yet another chase on their website), I shall not be using this company again and recommend for others not to use, no doubt there are some happy customers with different views but then why have they a 3.6 review on Trustpilot.
still no plants, still no reply,still no communicationordered 22nd may it is now the 3rd of july,flowers will be out of bloom so I would expect a refund lol,got my pots,got my compost,nothing to pot,if they give me a refund I can purchase elsewhere or send the blinking plants.
Some 2 weeks after order no sign of my plant and no reply from a real person in customer services.There is no phone number and no where to direct simple questions other than Q&A.We have ordered before and the goods were good but the service is absolute rubbish.At the moment I shall be dissuading anyone from buying from them and certainly will not be buying again - it leads to a lack of trust and that is no way to run a business.

Poor quality plants. I ordered a monstera thai constellation and it arrived in poor condition. The leaves are browning and some were chopped off prior to shipping. Id send back but I'd have to cover the postage costs so its not worth in my opinion. I'm already at loss having to pay for postage over a ?6. Hopefully the plant will recover with some TLC but for a ?20 a plant I'd expect it to come perfectly healthy. Won't br buying from them again.
