Review Time
I think expectations would be lower if they did not call themselves gardening Express. Lovely plants but very slow delivery, I placed two order on the same day, I received one of my orders last week but have not received my second or an update and that was 11 days ago. There is no telephone number to contact them and if I had realised this I wouldn't have ordered from them. After now reading all of these reviews I am not confident that my second order is going to arrive '????
Yes some of my plants took a while to be despatched & come in different times, but it was a mixed order in which not all plants will be available at the same time, Yes some of my plants didn't look like the pictures, but I bought a massively reduced!! Item but I have a bargain healthy rootstock for next year.In season plants I purchased have arrived as per picture & nowhere near as expensive as a garden centre!Packaging is excellent, Gardening express you're doing a brilliant job, one happy customer '????
I am writing to express my concern and frustration regarding an order I placed in April. Despite numerous attempts to get information about my order, I have only received automated replies directing me to view your website and the delivery company's tracking system.It has been quite disappointing to discover that the delivery company had my order but did not deliver it, and it was returned to Gardening Express approximately one week later. Since then, I have not received any communication or apology regarding this matter, nor have I received a refund despite multiple requests.Additionally, the only way to make contact with your team seems to be via a web form, which is always responded to with automated replies. This lack of personal communication and customer service is quite disheartening.I kindly request that you look into this issue urgently and provide me with a resolution. I would greatly appreciate a refund for my order, as well as an explanation for the lack of communication and the failure to deliver my order.
My order (a small selection of succulents) has disappeared into the ether and I'm receiving absolutely no response to my emails asking where the items are. Customer service so bad, I wondered if they're a Chinese company hiding behind a UK address. Who knows?Waiting to see if my request to cancel my order is successfull. I suspect not.
Would give 0 stars if this were an option. Spent over a ?70 on plants (which is a heck of a lot for me). Didna??t order during their so-called a??busy perioda?? so my items should have been dispatched within 2-3 working days. Over 15 working days on and my order is still a??being processeda?? and my emails are going unanswered. I cannot cancel and am getting very frustrated.
