Despite numerous attempts to get information about my order, I have only received automated replies directing me to view your website and the delivery company's tracking system.It has been quite disappointing to discover that the delivery company had my order but did not deliver it, and it was returned to Gardening Express approximately one week later. Since then, I have not received any communication or apology regarding this matter, nor have I received a refund despite multiple requests.Additionally, the only way to make contact with your team seems to be via a web form, which is always responded to with automated replies. This lack of personal communication and customer service is quite disheartening.I kindly request that you look into this issue urgently and provide me with a resolution. I would greatly appreciate a refund for my order, as well as an explanation for the lack of communication and the failure to deliver my order.
