Review Time
The company took three weeks to send the plants and trees, much longer than the 10 working days the quoted. Then the parcel was damaged during transit and was never delivered. Two months later and I still have no parcel or refund. One of the worst experiences ever. Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely appalling service They said to allow 10 working days - when nothing received or no communication at all I tried to cancel (after the two weeks) Still no communication I tried to cancel or at least kick off a conversation again and still heard nothing 31 days after I ordered I got an email saying the delivery was now on the way - despite me explaining that I was now out of the country I cana??t believe that there is no customer service whatsoever and they expect me to accept a delivery that has taken well over a month Would not recommend and will definitely never use again Leta??s see if they actually reply to me !
Nothing received in 3 weeks and no contact to emailsOrdered 2 clematis 12th June and received notification saying "We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days, but please allow up to 10-15 working days during peak season and around public holidays when couriers do not operate, and we are unable to ship."3 weeks later I email them to enquire and receive no reply. Feels like a scam. I just want my money back as its getting a bit late in the season to plant now anyhow, even if they ever send my order.
Customer service is absolutely diabolical, impossible to contact them, even harder to get a response, i put an order in over 2 weeks ago and haven't received my order, haven't heard from them regarding the status, haven't had a response to the refund I've asked for. Just completely disgusted.
