They really have lost their way on how to treat customers, But thats what happens when you become a victim of your own success, The "Dont care/give a dam" kicks in, Having been a customer for ever, & never been shafted, I suppose like Russian Roulette its my turn & lost, I am now 22 days & without any movement on my a/c order, which went straight to "processed" so I couldn't cancel & just sits with no delivery action, 1st time & Last, GOOD BYE G-E, going elsewhere loyalty means Nothing to you... customer service even less.
The plant sent were a disgrace. In summer I would have expected a pear tree to arrive at least in leaf. Instead I got a 5 foot dead stick. The top four inches are black with dieback. There is no discenable root system. I am convinced they sent one of last autums bare root trees. The clematis main stems were both broken and it shows no sign of life. Its no surprise to me that this outfit does not have a telephone complaints system. Shocking dont ever buy products from this site. Took over 3 months to arrive
Have used many online plant companies over the last few months and never been compelled to leave a bad review! Waited an exceptionally long time. Delivery only suddenly appeared after I emailed asking for a refund! I ordered a number of plants, including an Acer and they all came squished in one box (You Garden send out in multiple boxes with plenty of space). Every single plant had black leaves and look extremely sick, with my plant app telling me they all have a pathogen infection! Ia??m hoping I can rescue at least some of them but not feeling too hopeful. I know that sending plants via post must be tricky but I have used other companies really successfully. Please dona??t waste your money! :(
After 4 weeks I eventually received a seemingly dead plant. It consisted of last years growth trimmed to short sticks and no new growth. In early July a hydrangea should have leaves and also flowers or flower buds. Return postage is not in the warranty so it is not worth the effort of sending back and this worthless company knows that.
