They really have lost their way on how to treat customers, But thats what happens when you become a victim of your own success, The "Dont care/give a dam" kicks in, Having been a customer for ever, & never been shafted, I suppose like Russian Roulette its my turn & lost, I am now 22 days & without any movement on my a/c order, which went straight to "processed" so I couldn't cancel & just sits with no delivery action, 1st time & Last, GOOD BYE G-E, going elsewhere loyalty means Nothing to you... customer service even less.
