Review Time
I ordered plants from Gardening Express and unfortunately received them in a completely dead and unusable state. I immediately contacted their customer service with photos and followed all the required steps. They responded once to ask for more pictures, which I promptly sent to their a??ineedhelpa? email a?? and since then, Ia??ve had no reply whatsoever.Ita??s now been a month and Ia??ve been left with no resolution, no refund, and no further communication, despite doing everything correctly and even keeping the original packaging just in case they needed a return.Judging from other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue a?? poor-quality plants and almost non-existent customer service once they have your money. Extremely disappointing experience.Ia??m now considering raising this with Trading Standards and my bank.I would not recommend Gardening Express and strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.
Poor service, highly suspicious of a scam company!None of the items were delivered for nearly 4 weeks. Then after requesting a cancellation with full refund last week, a dried and dead-looking Magnolia tree trunk with root ball minus leaves has arrived today and no explanations offered about the a ?120/- worth of remaining undelivered items!
I am very disappointed. I ordered 2 poppy plants for a relative. They arrived in reasonable time but were half dead. Ia??d paid top price too in my opinion. I tried to complain. They have no phone contact and do not respond to use of their contact form or sending information and phone s via their chat bot.I had bought from them in the past but am unlikely to again unless they finally resolve this.
I ordered a package worth over a ?50 on the third of June and reading their delivery promises I expected a little wait. Checking my account a week later the order was being processed. On the 16th June I checked again and the order was still in progress so I sent an email to question the time. No response. On the 19th June not having had a response and the order saying pending tracking I again sent an email on the 23rd cancelling the order and requesting a refund, Again no response. Patience exhausted I composed a letter to MR Bonnett on the same day. I have yet to receive a response from him or his representative. If this is an example of how they treat customers then they should be appalled. Never mind one starI would give them zero
I ordered a plant 3 weeks ago and it hasna??t arrived. I have tried to contact the company on two occasions but receive no response. They do not have a phone line, saying it is internet based, which is fine, but then they dona??t respond to emails. Seems like a shambles to me.
