I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered 100 lavender on 15 May which stated 1-2 days delivery. They arrived on 1 July. 19 of the 100 are almost dead. Customer service is shocking - Ia??ve contacted them 3 times in the last 6 weeks to chase my order - all you get is an automated email. Now they are saying that I have to pay return postage for the 19 dead plants then wait for an exchange - why should I have to pay to return plants that are dead on arrival?! So poor - do not use!!
I ordered my plants on the 1st June 2025, I sent many emails no reply, I eventually 3 weeks later saying they were very busy and stop sending emails.I have asked for a refund, no response.I am now informed that my plants will arrive tomorrow but when I check the tracking number it says my order includes items I have not ordered and cost over 300.00.My original order was 79.00.They say if you're not happy with the plants post back at your own expense.I have told them as they have not adhered to their time line I have lost faith in them and want my money back.No reply.I am a pensioner and used birthday money to treat myself, I have been so stressed!I am now in contact with my bank re yhis situation.DO NOT ORDER PLANTS FROM THIS COMPANY, NO PHONE NUMBER AND THEY DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS.
Joining in with the previous reviewers. Some plants arrived in a very poor state. Took photos and they wanted more photos of the plants from root to top. Had already put them in the compost bin when I received the reply and let them know. No reply to last email. It was clearly a courier problem, so they could have claimed from them. Looks like there is not much care for customers.
