Poor Customer Service and Contact

I have items missing from an order and despite querying this via the completion of their contact form, which is the only way to make contact!! I have not yet received an update or an acknowledgment. Whilst searching for some other way to make contact as had not heard anything for a week, I submitted another form but then discovered the penalty of being placed at the bottom of the pile for doing this. Very poor customer service and after sales contact.
