I placed an order on June 15 and never received the item. After waiting over a week, I contacted customer service to cancel the order. I submitted the request twice through their customer form but only received an automated reply a?? no real response at all.To this day, Ia??ve had no delivery, no refund, and no proper customer support.Whata??s worse is that there is no email or phone number to contact them directly. You cana??t send messages on their Facebook page, and their Instagram DMs are disabled. It feels like theya??re deliberately avoiding customer contact.This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.Order #700801703
