Pretty poor

It took them 19 business days to despatch my order. When my order arrived, it was missing two plants. I have tried to contact them three times now to either sort out delivery of the missing plants or a refund. I have had no answer. There is no phone line and they don't respond to emails. Very poor service on the whole. Will not be buying from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
