What kind of a scam of a company is

What kind of a scam of a company is this?! I read the reviews on here after I placed the order yet lived in hope that maybe I was a lucky on that would receive my order. Sadly this was not the case, I ordered on 11th June and have still yet to receive anything or any notification, my order just says waiting for tracking information, what company doesn't have a customer service number to ring?! My emails have been ignored, I have requested a full refund including the a ?6.99 I paid for 3-5 working day delivery...I would urge people DO NOT USE, they may be cheaper online but id recommend going to a garden centre and spending a little more locally!

My first order from u was not very

My first order from u was not very good, one of the plants did not live, it was not very good when it arrived, I have since taken delivery of a climbing rose and it arrived in a very good condition with six buds on it ready to flower.

Poor quality dead sticks

Ordered 6 bare root trees and only one actually grew. No guarantee, apparently, on bare root trees though this was never made obvious. Poor response from staff when I enquired about replacements!

The plants arrived dead and Gardening Express don't do customer service

I baught a lot of plants- they were on offer, and they arrived so tightly packed, battered and dry that most didn't survive. As I'd paid 1 pound per plant and 10 didn't make it past delivery, I wasn't happy.I emailed Gardening Express - they don't do phones! And sent them a picture of how the plants were packaged and a few shots of the dead plants.They got back to me a few days later saying my pictures weren't good enough. I needed pictures of the plants in the arrival pots with label facing forward and Full plant and pot on show. I needed a picture of the backing invoice and a picture of the plants in packaging - blabla! Well, as this was 2 days later I'd tided up? I took a few pictures of the plants I'd not composted yet and sent that and Gardening Express have ghosted me!They don't do customer service! I'd recommend Thompson and Morgan or YouGarden. Excellent customer service.Anyway, this was the second time this packaging issue has happened when I've baught a lot of plants from then. The first time - end of sale bulbs in bloom, I let it go, but the second I was unhappy.Anyway, I'm unhappy and out of pocket by at least 10 quid.

Scam.

Scam.Ordered to a sum over 300gbp a month ago.Received no communication on delivery timelines even after an email to support - received a boilerplate response copy-pasted from the website basically saying we don't know when we will deliver. Responded I then want to cancel my order altogether.Received a response I needed to cancel on the website. No button to cancel on the website.Numerous emails since and total silence back. And no, they did not just quietly refund me. Trying the bank for a charge back.

3 weeks, still waiting and being ignored

I ordered on the 15th June and it is now the 4th July. I've emailed repeatedly asking for an update on my order status. I have received 1 reply but nothing in response to my 3 other emails. I have had no.fuether contact or update on my order or why it is so late. I have used them many times in the past and am very disappointed that they seem to have little interest in keeping a loyal customer happy. These plant should have been recieved and planted several weeks ago.

This was my first time ordering from gardening express, I received an email containing special offers of plants for a ?1.I decided to take a look as it seemed too good to be true, but I was pleasantly surprised and ordered a number of plants all costing a ?1. These were delivered to me by Yodel, they have been carefully packaged and transported to my home. I was very impressed. The plants are lovely, arrived in perfect condition and I would definitely order from gardening express again.100% recommend

Wouldna??t waste your money on this

Wouldna??t waste your money on this website, my plants arrived crushed and a few were dead no contact from customer service half my order was missing I doubt the rest will turn up!! You are better paying more and shopping local than using this scam website! Or using gardeners dream as they top this company by a mile!!!

Scammers

2 orders, totalling over a ?200, it's a month later and I've only received one plant. They ignore emails and there's no phone number to call. Please don't waste your money. It's a shame as in the past they were great.
