Review Time
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY .. LITERALLY NOONE CARES! I SPENT a ?1.5k AND THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO USEFULCORRESPONDENCE, DELIVERY LATE, OKIVE TREES DAMAGED, ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR 3 TIMES NOONE CALLED .. DISGRACEFUL ON ALL LEVELS BUT NOONE WILL CARE ABOUT THIS REVIEW EITHER DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE WHATEVER YOU DO
Finally after a month of waiting i received my parcel. i was shocked and slightly curious to see what was inside.On opening my parcel i immediately noticed that i only received part of my order and on further investigation, the plant that got delivered was the wrong plant.(the joys)With reading peoples previous experiences with this company. i don't see the point in wasting any further time and effort in trying to get this resolved.All I would say is that its been reported to the relevant departments and I would advise that we all use your local garden centres, who are more than happy to give you expert advice and customer service.
AVOID!!! I don't normally go by reviews as like to form my own opinion, I wish I had listened!!! Plants are not as established as detailed in the description. Arrived half dead. Items where in bags and tapped together so difficult to separate. Go to the b&m they have loads of beautiful plants, well established and very reasonable money!
Ordered 3 sunflowers, 4 dianthus, 2 clematis, 2 magnolia trees, 2 pear trees and 2 apple trees. 1st order on the 19th June and last one on the 25th June. All I have received is 2 dead sunflowers and a pumpkin plant that I didn't order. Emailed them 6 times. Never recieved a reply. No number to call. Total scammers!!!!
GARDENING EXPRESSSteering clear of these con artists. Check out various ratings. There is no phone number. Emails are not acknowledged or received from them. Rose shrub still has not arrived nearly 1 month after my son purchased it for her birthday. No updates at all. Started refund procedure and surprise, surprise an email arrives to say its en route. Tracking number two days later Yodel state they are still waiting for the package. We all wish we had read comments/feedback before purchase. Trading Standards should be aware!
