Rose shrub still has not arrived nearly 1 month after my son purchased it for her birthday. No updates at all. Started refund procedure and surprise, surprise an email arrives to say its en route. Tracking number two days later Yodel state they are still waiting for the package. We all wish we had read comments/feedback before purchase. Trading Standards should be aware!
