After waiting a month after placing my Order I was notified of despatch. Unfortunately the order was so poorly packaged that courier could not deliver. Courier advised to contact gardening express...which I did but unfortunately after a couple of days I received a rude response advising that they could not process my query unless I sent a picture of the packing slip and the plants out of the box. They completely missed the point that the courier could not deliver, even after I shared a screenshot from the courier. Since then they have been ignoring my emails and I now need to make a section 75 claim to get my money back. They do not have a telephone number to speak to customer service. Avoid at all costs!!
