Would give Zero if I could

Would give Zero if I could, what a total mess ordered nearly a ?400 worth of plants three weeks past and nothing, No communication etc, messaged to complain & cancel them No response received. Two days later get a message to say they were on there way even though I has requested to cancel and refund.Messaged them again to say not to send as I had cancelled them again no response. Yesterday a box turned up but it only had two battered plants in. I had ordered 12 plants Please do not use them they have lost the plot Asked my credit card company for a refund Just shockingly poor service
