I have purchased two large plant pots at Gardening Express, I had to wait more than 4 weeks to get them delivered. To my disappointment, both pots arrived broken. The currier informed GE about the issue, and before I could contact them, they emailed me apologising and asking how I would like them to proceed. I replied to their email requesting a full refund.After that email, GE has not replied to my emails, and as they don't have a contact telephone number, I am not sure I will ever receive the refund.Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
