Avoid at all costs

My mum ordered some shrubs a couple of months ago . One of the fushias was broken and dead . she contacted customer services to be told to take pics which is fine and sent them but after only one reply her emsils were ignored . I then took up the case as her POA but we are no further forward . This is a joke and no way for a company to treat its customers no matter how big or small the company is and to cap it all only 2 of the plants she bought have survived .and no its not down to the heat.This makes me so angry as my mum is a keen gardener and in the past won local gardening competitions but now with ill health can no longer do it and relies on her son in law who is a land scaped gardener. Perhaps someone from the company would like to supply and plant new plants as a gesture of good will ..i will wait in anticipation..
