Sent a phone in for ?255. No communication and they want to send my ?150. I asked to refuse the offer but they refused

Terrible company cons you

Terrible company and con you I was offered 135 for my iPhone but then offered 40 when I refused then they offered 60 I still refused so offered 85 so I excepted said money would be in my account within 5 days after 10 days still no money so I kept sending emails on the 12th day they called me and said if I wanted my money I needed to remove my reviews from here if I did they would give me an extra 15 so 100 now but I needed to remove them then I would get my money within 10 mins so I did within 10 mins I got my 100 what a con and a scam be very aware of these they offer pennies but if u refuse they up the amount and u won't get your money if u write a bad review scammers con you out of money don't use this company they pretend to be nice it's a con they wouldn't give me my money unless I removed the review first plenty of other companies so much better

Bribed ?5 to leave a 5 Star review....

I was given a quote of ?243 for my phone. When they received it, they reduced it to ?150 as the battery was under 80%. They also said there were minor scratches on it. Metallic blemishes are only visible using a macro lens under a spotlight. They claimed replacing the battery would cost them ?80, as they use genuine Apple parts. When I asked them to show me proof of this, or where on their website it shows they use genuine parts in their resale phones, they could not. After ignoring my emails for almost a week, I threatened to report them for theft. They then called me. They made me engage in a long-winded negotiation for them to eventually offer me ?200, which I accepted. They told me it would be ?195, with ?5 extra if I leave a 5-star review on check review. I told them no and asked them if they were bribing me for a review, to which they said no... lol. They still paid me the extra ?5. So I would not trust all the high ratings on here.

My phone came back scratched when I asked for it to be returned

I sent my phone to be recycled and I didn't like the offer they game me and when I got it back it has a huge scratch on it and I had taken alot of photos before sending it off so I know they done it

Awful experience and would avoid in

Awful experience and would avoid in future. Seem to offer the highest rate to pull you in and then deduct money for very minor issues, had ?45 deducted from my offer and then took ages to pay it out. I'd stick with Mazuma in future who seem to offer less but pay their offer and actually pay out quickly too. All in all took 8days to pay out the ?30!! Don't risk it

The screen on my mobile was faulty from day one

I purchased an Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max that was advertised as being in “Excellent” condition.However, on the day I received the device and after setting it up, I noticed that the screen was faulty, as it has a mind of its own as if someone else other than me is touching it, which is very annoying and disruptive.I reported this issue once all troubleshooting methods had been exhausted, and I was told that I’d need to package the mobile and send it off for repair, but I was offered no replacement and I simply cannot be without a phone.I voiced my disappointment with this resolution, as I would’ve appreciated a straight swap, especially as the mobile was NOT in the condition as advertised.I have used UR several times in the past without any issue, but this abysmal experience has lost them a customer.COMPLAINT / Order #22396UPDATE: Received a phone call from Lucy, who helped to resolve the matter, which is now in hand. While I’m still not entirely happy with the situation, I have updated my review to 3 stars based on her customer service; further amendments will be considered pending the result and timeliness of the repair.
