The screen on my mobile was faulty from day one

I purchased an Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max that was advertised as being in “Excellent” condition.However, on the day I received the device and after setting it up, I noticed that the screen was faulty, as it has a mind of its own as if someone else other than me is touching it, which is very annoying and disruptive.I reported this issue once all troubleshooting methods had been exhausted, and I was told that I’d need to package the mobile and send it off for repair, but I was offered no replacement and I simply cannot be without a phone.I voiced my disappointment with this resolution, as I would’ve appreciated a straight swap, especially as the mobile was NOT in the condition as advertised.I have used UR several times in the past without any issue, but this abysmal experience has lost them a customer.COMPLAINT / Order #22396UPDATE: Received a phone call from Lucy, who helped to resolve the matter, which is now in hand. While I’m still not entirely happy with the situation, I have updated my review to 3 stars based on her customer service; further amendments will be considered pending the result and timeliness of the repair.
