Was offered ?129 for my phone, revised offer was ?40 so I asked for my phone to be returned Had a phone call asking what was the lowest I would take, was offered ?100 This was 1st May, still no payment received Rang the company yesterday was told they had referred my case to the accounts department and assured me that the money would be in my account by end of day Still NO payment has been received Please do not use this company complete joke Will be contacting trading standards and taking this further

From ?332 to ?155 yet its immaculate when sent

Offered ?332 - revised to ?155 due to light scratches and a battery health of 85% as they recommend it is swapped when under 85%. The phone had a cover on from new which was a 360 one and when sent had no scratches and was pristine condition. Awaiting the phone to be returned.
