Good experience let down by long wait time

Good experience, especially as provided DPD home collection which made the transaction seamless. However the 7 working day timeframe for payout really lets the company down as competitors are achieving next day and some even same day.Overall I would recommend and use Ur again but not as a 1st choice due to the payout time

AVOIDSent my phone a month ago and still not received payment. This is a scam company. Avoid avoid at all costs No money received after email communication. Even tried to up the offer if u removed this review. It took lots of email to resolve this and again requesting I remove this review with increased offer as compensation. This is not the way to run a business .

Give em a chance

I was offered an excellent price on my Samsung S20, way more in fact than other sites.The process of sending the device was nice and simple.There was a slight delay in my offer, which I did have to do a quick chase on. A price was given, which was a little below its worth. After a bit of negotiation, a much fairer price was agreed.Payment was sorted with relative speed, and I'm content with the service.Kimberly was excellent in handling any customer service enquiries.My advice for the company would be to speed up the customer communications as people expect a quick turn around when it comes to mobiles and cash.

Customer Service People are Great!

Sold my phone with these. Any problems are dealt with appropriately with their customer service team. Slight wait for monies to be paid but they are paid in full. Customer services are always easy to get hold of and more than happy to help you however they can. All in all ended up a happy customer at the end of the day.
