UR Phone has effectively stolen my phone. It’s been over three weeks since they allegedly processed it and I was told I’d be paid within 3–5 days, still nothing. They ignore my emails and hang up as soon as they realise who I am. I’m now left without a phone and without my money. Absolutely disgraceful service. Avoid at all costs!

All good

I bought my iPhone 13 through Back Market. A nice lady (Wendy) called today to see how I was getting on and if there were any problems. There don’t appear to be any. Overall a good experience which I will repeat when I want to change my phone next time.

Not great but resolved the issue well

Offered me ?176 for an iPhone 12. Came back with “deep” scratches on the screen, it did not, chipped in places which it certainly did not and then battery health being at 86% and charged 1000 times. Apparently they have to replace a battery that is at 86% but has been charged over 500 times!! They then offered ?50!!! I requested the phone back which then got lost in the post. Gave one star review which prompted a phone call from Kimberley which went a long way in restoring faith in this company. Company paid full price to me rather than having me wait for the Royal Mail compensation.

SCAM DONT USE

SCAM DONT USE - sent an Iphone in which was purchased by mistake by a relative. The phone was brand new and in it's box and had never been activated (it was still at the welcome screen). Got an offer so sent in as "good" condition, not even new which it was because the box was opened. After sending it in I got a revised offer ?80 less than. the original offer because "it didn't match the condition".The reason I know it matched the condition is because it was literally brand new and never used!This is obviously just a SCAM to get your phone and then knock down the price regardless.###UPDATE##So I declined the offer and asked for my phone to be returned and then literally 2 minutes later I got another email saying (in that 2 mins) someone had found my phone, reassessed it and they were now willing to offer me ?40 less than the original offer rather than ?80 less. All this in 2 minutes! wow their technicians must work fast!Some less trusting people might take this as them deliberately giving a lower price in the hope that it's just accepted then offering a better price when it's declined. Needless to say I didn't accept the offer.

I'm in the process of selling a phone

I'm in the process of selling a phone with them, when I sent the details it was for the wrong GB size, I have since tried to contact them to amend it and no response from email, live chat, or call... On hold for 10 minutes then hang up on me.Hopefully this can be sorted outEdit: managed to get through on the phone will update when it's all processedEdit 2: all processed and awaiting payment, was hoping to get it before the weekend, but it appears like it'll take the full 7 days to get to me

Happy with the outcome and service provided.

I initially had a few minor issues but these were quickly resolved by Lucy who was very helpful and professional. Ur are quick to sort any issues out and more than happy to go above and beyond to ensure you are left feeling satisfied with the service.

Bought an iPhone 13 Premium condition

Bought an iPhone 13 Premium condition but unfortunately this came with scratches on the body so not as described. Follow up service was good to rectify with either a return or reduction to the excellent condition price.

Not genuine

Offered ?177, they recieved the phone and said it had scratches. It did not and i had pictures. They offered ?55. I declined. They offered ?75. I declined. They called and asked what id be willing to accept. I advised ?110. They accepted. Advised 3-7 days for payment but likely sooner. Today is day 6 and no payment. Called and held for 10 mins and then ur cut off. Called again and was advised id have it definitely tomorrow. Not sure how they know this unless its not actually processed when they say it is and is infact done later. Wouldnt use again!

Service and quality above exceptional

After a little trepidation about ordering refurbished iPhone 13 I called ur.co.uk and also read though all reviews on here ect. I felt confident to order. Said would be 3 to 5 working days but was pleasantly surprised to have it delivered the next day within 24hrs. Phone came as described with free screen protector case and icing on cake a pack of sweets. Phone was excellent no visible scratches ect. Would recommend highly. Also there customer.service who wen I called answered all questions no matter how daft may seem. Thanks keep up the good work.
