I was offered an excellent price on my Samsung S20, way more in fact than other sites.The process of sending the device was nice and simple.There was a slight delay in my offer, which I did have to do a quick chase on. A price was given, which was a little below its worth. After a bit of negotiation, a much fairer price was agreed.Payment was sorted with relative speed, and I'm content with the service.Kimberly was excellent in handling any customer service enquiries.My advice for the company would be to speed up the customer communications as people expect a quick turn around when it comes to mobiles and cash.
