AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICEMoved to Leeds and contacted this company more than 12 times about 5-6 properties either by calling them directly or emails through Zoopla or right move.Told them I'd be interested in a certain property and would like to view said property, be told I'd get to view it first and then a few days later, they update to say let agreed.Absolutely zero communication, awful customer service. HORRENDOUS behavior.

We were informed by telephone yesterday morning that there was a leak in our flat and within 24 hours Kirsty had arranged for a plumber to go and identify the problem and sort it. Very happy and impressed with this and delighted with the excellent efficient immediate service. Thank you!
I have rented house managed by linley and simpson for 7 years. Rent was paid every single month with no delay. Maintenance of the property was horrible. They left me without oven for month. Someone from their useless Maintenance team advised me to use microwave to cook for my kids. After that they left me without shower for month again, in the middle of the summer, July and August. Seven months one of the garden lights was hanging just on the wires, threatening to fell on my, or on my kids heads. Two years they did nothing about the damp. Now I'm fighting with them and with the greedy landlord for my deposit. I have opened dispute with TDS, they didn't respond. Hopefully in the end I will get my money back.SO IF IT IS POSSIBLE, PLEASE AVOID THIS AGENCY.
I was charged a ?144 for deep cleaning, even though I returned the flat clean and in the same condition I received it. Ebony Robinson, Daniela Diaz, and Trey provided information that was sometimes conflicting and unclear, which made resolving the issue frustrating. The way the situation was handled felt disorganised and confusing. Based on my experience, I would hesitate to rent through them again and suggest others consider this carefully before renting, especially if you want clear communication and fair treatment.
