After 15 years of renting our property

After 15 years of renting our property out through L & S we decided that it was the right time to sell. Kieran Smith from the Headingley office and Lauren Kaye from Roundhay have both been heavily involved in the process and In just less than 3 months we have completed our sale. They have kept us in the loop all the way through. A special thanx to Luke Gibson who over the years has been my go to if ever I had any issues. Top Top people working for a Top Top company ! Brilliant ! '? ? ? ?

Disappointed. Rude stuff

Disappointed. Poor communication. Arrogant customer service. Extremely unfriendly application interface. Viewing service is unfriendly, arrived 10 minutes late.

Very disappointed with the Leeds

Very disappointed with the Leeds office, after my daughter living in student accommodation in Headingley, i thought this was a step up ! , both were studying for Masters Degree's . Very very disappointed with the letting agents, holding money back for no apparent reason , the flat was a long way from perfect when they moved in , carpets not cleaned , no microwave , no light bulbs , gate not working, mould , windows that didna ? ?t close !!! I could go on . The agents never answered calls and were not interested. They left the flat having got the carpets cleaned and a full clean of kitchen and bathroom , and they still held a ?200 each as it wasna ? ?t to standard, seriously , if your son or daughter are thinking of renting off this company, THINK AGAIN!!! Not to be trusted with your deposit. Very disappointed with the greedy landlord and untrustworthy agents .so glad it was only a 12 month contract, BE VERY AWARE!!! Not to be trusted

Avoid 98 bingley road,the place was

Avoid 98 bingley road,the place was riddled with bed bugs!!I've left a review 9 months later as I'm still being bitten by them on a nightly basis as they travelled with me!!

I am a landlord

I am a landlord, I echo other sentiments here. A crap company from start to finish. Go to Churchill's where they know what they are doing and who give 6 Star Service as opposed to Linley and Hopless who could NOT run a bath between them. FIRED!!!

Landlords avoid!

As a landlord, I really don't rate L&S. They seem to forget that as my agent, they should be acting in my best interests - they don't. It often feels they're too big to care and the failings and inefficiencies (which are numerous) always seem to be the fault of another anonymous department. It's difficult to even raise issues, as dedicated landlord contacts (actual individual people, with whom a landlord could have an ongoing relationship) have been replaced by generic email addresses. Very little substance to what is a weak service!

Please avoid these people

Had mould issues in our flat that were clearly a problem with the flat itself and not anything to do with who was living there. The flat clearly had the problems before we even moved in as you could see where they had tried to "fix the issue by doing nothing but paint over it.So when the problem was coming back when we lived there, we informed them multiple times, each time with them trying to blame us saying it's how we're living there when anyone could see it was a building issue. Took well over a year for them to finally do something, which consisted of them just painting over it again. Well, most of it anyway.Eventually decided to move to a new place and with a new letting agent. Clearly they weren't happy about the fact that letting agents aren't allowed to charge tenants half as much as what they could before for things so tried to take it out of our deposit instead. Partly through trying to charge us for the mould damage/stains and partly through just outright making issues up that didn't exist.Seriously, unless it's your dream house, avoid this company like the plague.And no, I don't want to contact you about it Linley, we're way past that. So don't bother with the copy and paste reply.Edit: Wow. They still copied and pasted a reply. Just shows they don't even bother to read the content of a review.Edit 2: I know your company loves to lie but could you at least not lie about something so easily proven otherwise. And, no, you won't find me on your system. Do you think I really trust you enough not to give some kind of payback for a bad review if I use my real name? Sorry, my trust in you is at zero after what you've put us through. Not interested.

I called into the branch on Monday to enquire on the percentage for selling & what properties are for sale and percentage on renting a property out with yourselves? Amy was extremely rude and very condescending manners cost you nothing and customer service is paramount for that reason I left and would take my business elsewhere and would never recommend or use this agent.
