Landlords avoid!

As a landlord, I really don't rate L&S. They seem to forget that as my agent, they should be acting in my best interests - they don't. It often feels they're too big to care and the failings and inefficiencies (which are numerous) always seem to be the fault of another anonymous department. It's difficult to even raise issues, as dedicated landlord contacts (actual individual people, with whom a landlord could have an ongoing relationship) have been replaced by generic email addresses. Very little substance to what is a weak service!
