Review Time
Been having washing machine issues for months, shaking the house down already broke a few glasses and plates due to it being so bad, sent someone out multiple times (latest being 24/06) still the same, and this is after weeks of communication and also having a go at them to get stuff done, should not be like this on a prefessional level. For an estate agent as big as this youa ? ?d think theya ? ?d have their own contractors coming out but everything has a unnecessary long process starting with logging online. Also currently having bad damp issues which again is taking ages.
The least trustful and professional estate agents I've ever dealt with. Hopefully you'll never need any maintenance because the chances are they won't care. Basic facilities aren't Important and take days to reply to anyone about extremely important matters.Maintenance men are sent over with no idea what needs doing.All in all very disappointed, things just go from worse to even worse.

Rented a flat through Linley and Simpson for 2 years, couldn't be more disappointed with the service. Our fridge broke, they brought the new one and didn't take the old one away for weeks, by that point we were in lockdown. We had the old fridge stuck in our kitchen for about 4 months, it took up literally half of the room and was going mouldy. They then tried to put up our rent for the next year (lol). The tenancy is over now, we paid a ?250 for a deep clean of the flat. We had to chase for 3 weeks to try and get any communication about getting our deposit back. Obviously they are still trying to withhold some of the deposit. Including a ?10 to rehang a curtain, so greedy and ridiculous. Going to have to go through the deposit scheme to try get it back.
I have recently been looking for a flat and the support I have been given from Ella and Hattie has been amazing! Ella has made the process very clear and has has replied to my emails straight away with really clear instruction. Hattie was very helpful and welcoming at my viewing as well and made a nerve racking experience very comfortable. Thank you again!
absolutley shocking to deal with when you have a problem they do not get back to you i lived in mould and damp they were going to leave me 3 months in that state after i had been hospitalised through the mould the house was filthy when i moved in the letting agents had to bring me cleaning supplies befor i could move in there was rubbish in the flooded cellar which they never removed and tried to charge me when i left the garden was a state and i had it all cleared i redecorated the house and they then instructed reposit to claim nearly 1000 pounds from my account which left me seriosly overdrawn and significent mental health
