Stephen is very helpful

Stephen is very helpful, attentive person who acts quickly and solve the problems. I was facing an issue in the fire alarm system in my apartment and couldna ? ?t fix it. But Stephen jumped into the matter and resolved everything in a day. Many thanks to him and also to Linley. Person like Stephen made Linley more professional and trustworthy.

I have in the last 12 months (less then) purchased 2 properties through L&S Wetherby and arranged lettings on 3 properties.The whole team have been very welcoming and helpful. Their communication is prompt and succinct. They give clear direction and feedback in a positive and professional manner.Hannah and Sam on Lettings have been great. The property management service is

The property management service is absolutely awful. They do not communicate anything. Sending out extremely overpriced contractors without informing you, so you only find out when your invoiced for works and the money is already taken from the rent.

Very poor customer service :-(

I found a property to let that I was really interested in viewing. I contacted this Company numerous times, first couple of times I was told they were short staffed and somebody will come back to me. I chased again by phone, I was told the same thing. I emailed the Lettings manager, I did not receive a response. I then telephoned the following week and chased again, I was told there are tenants still in the property and somebody will come back to me to arrange a viewing. I left it about 5 days, sent another chase up email, I was ignored again. I then saw on the Right Move website that 'viewings are now being taken' so I followed up with ANOTHER phone call, to be old oh actually there's an application going through on that one. I explained I had been waiting for somebody to come back to me to arrange a viewing as I understood Tenants were still in the property. It seems to me they already has somebody lined up. Please do not advertise properties to let if they are not actually available to everyone. Poor customer service, very dissatisfied.

Could be better with less third party apps

I like the house I rent, but the estate agents could have been a bit better in the process, with spelling errors resulting in sending personal information to a random persona ? ?s email address (after being corrected twice) and having to ask them several times to send a certain document. I dona ? ?t like that maintenance for the house and the referencing process are handled through third party apps/companies rather than speaking to a human whoa ? ?s actually with the agency, it makes reporting issues much less straightforward and it excludes people who may not have smart phones or be tech savvy from being able to rent with them.

Linley & Simpson provided a great service. From first contact and throughout, my experience of them was positive and professional. My Lettings Consultant Olivia Gascoigne was helpful and quick to turnaround messages, making the process smooth and clear to understand.

Ia ? ?m a landlord and have been using them for too long.

Ia ? ?m a landlord and have been using them for quite a few years now. Ia ? ?m very disappointed with the service they have provided. The recently signed up tenants for my property and then came up with a a ? ?projecta ? ? to do things which dona ? ?t require work and have sought outrageous quotes from their pals. Ia ? ?m sourced my own and Ia ? ?m doing the project management now and they should consider themselves sacked as of today. They basically couldna ? ?t care less.

I still have nurmous issues after years of reporting them.

I've still got damp issues, no property working fire escape with night latch for ventilation.They replaced the flat roof and have left all the waste in my rear yard for two weeks.Was meant to collect today after nurmous complaints and no one turned up
