By far the worst agency I've had.

By far the worst agency I've had.When I first moved into my flat the front door was kind of destroyed(which was not during my viewing). I asked the agency to fix the door because someone could easily break in, long story short 2 years later the agency has still not fixed the door and their excuse is "it's part of an insurance claim". At the end I stopped chasing them because they were a waste of my energy, it was clear that they didn't want to pay any money.Different incident, the ceiling of my flat started dripping water, like serious non stop dripping. They first response was "it's probably due to the extensive rain we have had recently". Of course they still haven't fixed it, and they only kind of started looking at it after the third time I reported it.Overall if you can avoid getting a flat from the, please do otherwise you are up for a ride.

Terrible communication

Terrible communication. No response to simple, routine requests. Had to call three times and have each team tell me to contact another without actually helping. Apparently forwarding an email is beyond their capability.

TAKE CARE with who you invest your money!!! This people are thieves. Specially at the Raoundhay office '? ? ? ?.Never again with them '? ? ? ?'? ? ? ?'? ? ? ?.And I feel compelled to advertise others from the danger. Easy to still, but difficult to work. BIG NOT TO linley & simpson.

Horrible experience, Huddersfield staff being racist

My husband tried to book an appointment for viewing, they asked so many questions (even personal questions, for example why does he need 3 bedrooms, when he told them ita ? ?s because the family visits him very often, they asked back if the family coming to live with him, they have to do the application form too??!! Excuse me but what? They are coming for visit ...and why does he need 3 bedrooms and garden? They have other properties with 2 bedroom...and other stuff) she kept holding the phone on him, took all his details.(it took 15 minutes!!) The agent last question was when my husband got really angry, a ? ?ARE YOU BRITISH CITIZEN?a ? ? ... we didna ? ?t even understand this, why is she asking it when he has a Greece accent! (She could heart it in the first questions/answers) and why is it so important, as therea ? ?s nothing rules or laws for agencies to only give the property to British citizens. She said we must be British citizens to take the house!! She was very disrespectful, we never felt so offended in the UK before. We are both in shock, this is pure discrimination and racism. Worst agent ever. Not recommend.

I still have nurmous issues after years of reporting them.

I've still got damp issues, no property working fire escape with night latch for ventilation.They replaced the flat roof and have left all the waste in my rear yard for two weeks.Was meant to collect today after nurmous complaints and no one turned up

Easily the worst estate agents. They refuse viewings as their a ? ?agentsa ? ? are too busy and cancel confirmed viewings. Avoid at all costs.

Sudden increase of rent of 8% (while in

Sudden increase of rent of 8% (while in the contract it states that they can increase the rent of max 4% yearly). The owner of the property was not informed that the rent was going to be increased. Misleading money grabbers

Usually this company is reliable but not this time

Usually this company is reliable & good. However, we have several rental properties managed by them. Recently a tenant had cause to call out an emergency locksmith oh dear the decisions L & S made resulted in us loosing at least 50% of our monthly income for this property. They rang a locksmith 70 miles away & authorisation a huge amount of money without clearing it with us first. Very disappointing management. Thank you for resolving the issue. Your solution was appreciated.
