Great service and representation.

Most people are familiar with the agent side of letting a house or flat but you dona ? ?t normally see/hear about the maintenance and support side. Mathew Ferguson has been the main contact for our property and has proven from day one to be extremely helpful, interactive and professional. He always responds to messages and/or tickets for issues in a timely and professional manner and goes out of his way to provide updates and if needed, suggestions for a way forward for resolution. He has truly made this a very positive experience for us and represents Linley and Simpson very well.

Beyond useless

Beyond useless. They charge more with an idea to be better but are actually the worst.After initial gestures they ignore everything and don't expect any reported repairs to be seen to within a reasonable timeframe.Extra mention for Kat in Chaple Allerton branch who lies through her teeth on every given subject

Had a leak from the shower going

Had a leak from the shower going through the plug socket in to the kitchen. Was fixed in less then 24 hours. Great service no issues.

Avoid this letting agent like the

Avoid this letting agent like the plague, great company until you have paid your deposit and tied into contract then terrible! never responded to emails, ignored issues and then when leaving the property in a much cleaner state than when I moved in they tried to charge me a ?250 to replace 1 bulb (which was out when I moved in) Clean some dust from inside a wall heater cover I never used and to touch up 3 screw holes which had been filled but not painted as I was unable to get a tester pot of paint due to shops being closed. Honestly shocking.

Professional and Helpful

I recently checked out of my long-term rental. Stephen ensured that my check-out report was completed swiftly and also assisted with the return of my deposit without any problems. Throughout all my time as a tenant, whose landlord used Linley and Simpson to manage her property, I have found them to be professional and helpful in all my dealings with them.
