Most people are familiar with the agent side of letting a house or flat but you dona ? ?t normally see/hear about the maintenance and support side. Mathew Ferguson has been the main contact for our property and has proven from day one to be extremely helpful, interactive and professional. He always responds to messages and/or tickets for issues in a timely and professional manner and goes out of his way to provide updates and if needed, suggestions for a way forward for resolution.
