My refrigerator was 20 years old and suddenly it stopped working . I raised complaint on Fixflow of Linley and Simpson portal and within 3 days they arranged engineer to visit my place and inspect the refrigerator . He recommended to replace the refrigerator with new one as it was 20a ? ?years old . Within next 3 days they spoke to my landlord and arranged brand new refrigerator delivery at my door. very happy with the service and prompt action of agents specially Kirsty Blakeburn who helps me seamlessly though out the process
THE ONE WHO I MET WHILE VIEWING THE HOUSE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING FOR ALL QUESTION ASKED SHE JUST REPLY I DONT KNOW ITS NOT HER FAULT THERE IS NO POWER WHEN I VISIT THE HOUSE AND I WAS RECEIVING A BILL FOR EARLIER DATE ITS OUT OF CONTRACT DATE
Very slow to respond. Rarely give updates. Took 6 months to fix my window in the winter. Moving out and claiming deposit took forever, even though the contract says 10 days. I had to call them every other day to keep it moving. If you dona ? ?t chase them, they wona ? ?t do their job. High turnover, so no one know whata ? ?s happening in this organisation. Ia ? ?d avoid it but they control so much property.
Unfortunately really poor service from each department that wea ? ?ve had to deal with over the years of renting with this letting agents that took over our previous one.Over time things have just become progressively worse to the point that we are now having to get the council involved to help us as the maintenance department have no interest in ensuring that the property is a safe and healthy environment to live in.Branch manager will only communicate via email or text message, couldna ? ?t be more unprofessional over the last 4 years. Avoid.
Ia ? ?ve been renting a property with Linley and Simpson for the last year and there have been a couple of ongoing long term maintenance issues that Stephen Shodia has been liaising with the landlord with to get resolved. Stephen has been far more responsive than previous staff dealing with the issues and has been in more regular contact with me and has followed things up with the landlord and contractors much better without me constantly having to chase up. Easily the best member of staff Ia ? ?ve dealt with at the company so far.
Once you rent a property from them you have to constantly nag them to get anything done. Still waiting 6months later for decorating, doors to be fixed and bathroom window to be sorted. All photographed and put on records but still waiting and yet they've the cheek to nag to sign another 6 month agreement
