Usually this company is reliable & good. However, we have several rental properties managed by them. Recently a tenant had cause to call out an emergency locksmith oh dear the decisions L & S made resulted in us loosing at least 50% of our monthly income for this property. They rang a locksmith 70 miles away & authorisation a huge amount of money without clearing it with us first. Very disappointing management. Thank you for resolving the issue.
