Had mould issues in our flat that were clearly a problem with the flat itself and not anything to do with who was living there. The flat clearly had the problems before we even moved in as you could see where they had tried to "fix the issue by doing nothing but paint over it.So when the problem was coming back when we lived there, we informed them multiple times, each time with them trying to blame us saying it's how we're living there when anyone could see it was a building issue. Took well over a year for them to finally do something, which consisted of them just painting over it again. Well, most of it anyway.Eventually decided to move to a new place and with a new letting agent. Clearly they weren't happy about the fact that letting agents aren't allowed to charge tenants half as much as what they could before for things so tried to take it out of our deposit instead. Partly through trying to charge us for the mould damage/stains and partly through just outright making issues up that didn't exist.Seriously, unless it's your dream house, avoid this company like the plague.And no, I don't want to contact you about it Linley, we're way past that.
