AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICEMoved to Leeds and contacted this company more than 12 times about 5-6 properties either by calling them directly or emails through Zoopla or right move.Told them I'd be interested in a certain property and would like to view said property, be told I'd get to view it first and then a few days later, they update to say let agreed.Absolutely zero communication, awful customer service. HORRENDOUS behavior.
