Review Time
It still lags a lot but tend to be accurate in the places and movement. If they can fix the glitches, it would be perfect. I never got a notification when my daughter was in her accident then the lagging as to when they leave and return to their location. Many times, they leave and arrive at the same time. This is a big issue.
The classes were fine overall, easy to navigate but I ran into a glitch in their system that wouldn't let me proceed. Two weeks of begging for help. Emails, chats, calls...nothing. The only response I got was "it looks good on this end". I spent hours trying to resolve it but their customer service is seriously lacking. Had to purchase a program from another company in order to take just that one class so I could meet my renewal deadline. I wouldn't repeat the experience. I did my part, they didn't do theirs.
I've been using 360 since 2021 for continuing education (CE) courses. I like the courses; they are interactive and have some PDFs as well. Now, unfortunately, this time around. I had an issue, and the customer service representatives are the worst I have ever dealt with. My final exams got locked. I emailed customer service and had to call a few days later because they didn't respond to me via email. When I called, the reps kept talking over me while I was trying to explain the issue, stating that they could not open my exams. The supervisor was doing the same. After my call, I was able to access the exams. I didn't do anything else. I was so frustrated. I had been trying to access them for days to finish the courses, and the reps were not helpful at all. However, I'm not going to lie, I was rude to them, but I can assure you that I was nice when I first called. I just wanted to get the hours over with and move on with my perfect life. But instead of helping me resolve the issue, they continue to irritate me and talk over me. Now, I won't ever use this company again because of this issue and the fact that their call center and all operations are in Manila, but they use a Texas address. I didn't know about this because I never call customer service, it's 2025. Anyway, use them at your own risk.
I have completed the OSHA 40 nyc sst course but it says affidavit pending. I submitted my affidavits multiple times including many other documents I was told I need and have emailed many times about this and each time I get told to submit the same documents and then never hear back and the problem is never resolved. I COMPLETED THE COURSES I SUBMITTED THE PAPER WORK I PAID OVER $400 TO 360 TRAINING. GIVE ME MY CERTIFICATE AND STOP IGNORING ME.
Stay away from 360Training! I purchased their so-called "Complete NJ Broker CE Package," yet they failed to include the required '???Agency'?? coursework.For nearly two months, I sent dozens of emails with proof from NJREC that '???Agency'?? was missing. I purchased 5 HIPPA courses. Signed myself up first. Email was never delivered. Took me a month to follow up and by then they said the course has expired and they could not reactivate it. I signed up my 4 employees (they confirmed taht they were active). Nobody got an email. I reached out for a refund or help and was told no refund can be done pas 5 days of purchase and that I should look in the spam and check my emails...Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and should not be legal to sell courses and not deliver.
