Passed my course last year September or October of last year, still have not received my SST card. Even after going back and forth with them, still nothing. Even after they said they will send it out, still nothing. Ridiculous. Do not do business with theses people
DONT USE 360 training!! I'???ve reached out multiple times to resolve an issue with your system. And still you could not resolve. I completed the 8hr fall protection course on 4/21. today 5/1 ,the digital certificate is STILL not available for me to download. the digital certificate should immediately be available to download once the course was completed. I had this same issue with the 4hr supported scaffold course and the 2hr drug an alcohol course. This is the last time our company will be using 360 training.
This app is absolutely terrible. It kept timing out and asking me for security questions that I had answered 10 years ago. There should be an option to reset your questions at the beginning so you'???re not interrupted. I had to go through and take the test twice.
