Highly Unprofessional company. They will ring you the day after viewing a property to say they have had an offer to pressure you to put in an offer. They will say offers are only open until the end of that day. They come back to you to say they have had other similar offers if you would like to increase your price. Following day your offer will be accepted. 3 days later they advise they have had a higher offer would you like to increase your offer. Even though your offer had been accepted. This is terrible practice all designed to bump up the price. Highly Unprofessional. If you had a similar experience with this company please review and report.In reply to L&S when an offer is accepted on a house there should be no more viewings and offers should be closed, I would call this gazumping. I would not be interested if this property came back on the market.

If I could give Adobe less than one star I absolutely would. This is the second time they have charged me for a subscription that I cancelled before the free trial ended and have wanted an extortionate cancellation fee for it. Thankfully the customer support agent was able to waive the fee and cancel my subscription but it'???s disgusting how money hungry this awful company is. The products they provide hardly function yet they think it'???s acceptable to charge what they do. I would never recommend this company to anybody and if they didn'???t hold such a monopoly then I doubt they would still be in business.

DONT USE 360 training!! I'???ve reached out multiple times to resolve an issue with your system. And still you could not resolve. I completed the 8hr fall protection course on 4/21. today 5/1 ,the digital certificate is STILL not available for me to download. the digital certificate should immediately be available to download once the course was completed. I had this same issue with the 4hr supported scaffold course and the 2hr drug an alcohol course. This is the last time our company will be using 360 training.
