DONT USE 360 training!! I'???ve reached out multiple times to resolve an issue with your system. And still you could not resolve. I completed the 8hr fall protection course on 4/21. today 5/1 ,the digital certificate is STILL not available for me to download. the digital certificate should immediately be available to download once the course was completed. I had this same issue with the 4hr supported scaffold course and the 2hr drug an alcohol course. This is the last time our company will be using 360 training.
