Highly Unprofessional company. They will ring you the day after viewing a property to say they have had an offer to pressure you to put in an offer. They will say offers are only open until the end of that day. They come back to you to say they have had other similar offers if you would like to increase your price. Following day your offer will be accepted. 3 days later they advise they have had a higher offer would you like to increase your offer. Even though your offer had been accepted. This is terrible practice all designed to bump up the price. Highly Unprofessional. If you had a similar experience with this company please review and report.In reply to L&S when an offer is accepted on a house there should be no more viewings and offers should be closed, I would call this gazumping. I would not be interested if this property came back on the market.
