It'???s been about a year sense I complete the food and alcohol handler'???s courses and most of the information provided in the course was useless. I understand that you need to prepare us for all situations however when your boss tells you '???if they are paying for it, give it to them'?? even when minors order alcoholic beverages, you start to wonder were corporate greed ends and human decency or common sense start.
I had recently gotten married while already taking the p&c course. It took over a month to get my name changed thru them. Then when I completed the course, they sent my transcript with my previous last name not the one they had on file. I have gone back and forth with them for over 2 months trying to get them to resend my transcript to the state and there still not doing their JOB!!!!! I don't understand how hard it is to electronically send a document when I do it every day at work!
I requested a change due to an error in my name and it cannot be addressed. I will have to take my next course elsewhere. Thank you for nothing. Solicite un cambio por un error en mi nombre y no se puede atender, mi pr'? ?ximo curso tendr'? ? que tomarlo en otro lugar Gracias por nada
