Review Time
Went to take advantage of a trial offer and accidentally added services which weren'???t overtly advertised as additional cost. When I contacted someone to correct the mistake, I was turned away as if there was nothing they could do, ended up spending almost $100 without intention. The lack of service turned my excitement to resentment and I cancelled my services before I even got started. 1/10 will never use again.
I purchased a package of 2 tests required for credentialing approval to visit particular hospitals. The Bloodborne pathogens test went just fine. I then tried to take the course of HIPPA. After devoting over 90 minutes to taking the course I was told I would have to pass a test of 21 questions. I selected to option to take the test, spent a good deal of time going through the course subject matter and then tried to take the test. I was supposed to select an answer and then depress the "submit" button. The page would then freeze and never advance to offer the next question. I called the company immediately and a non-caring individual said for me to try again. I had to browse through all the course material again and the exact same thing happened. I called them for a second time and they said I should take the course on a different computer. I do so, same result. I called again and was told someone would call me the next day. They didn't. I called the next day and was told to use another wifi connection. I did so, same results with the test not acknowledging my answer and moving to the next question. I called again and was told they "wrote up a ticket" and someone would call me in 48 hours. They didn't. I called again and requested a refund. The company rep said they could not refund and wrote another ticket. I called the next day and someone told me their original ticket told them there was nothing wrong on their end and that I failed every test attempt. FAILED?!? I never was afforded the opportunity to even take the complete test once. The latest disengaged "customer service" said he'd write an other ticket and assured he would call the next day (a Saturday). I'd bet the house they don't call. I feel like I've taken a ride on an online money trap. "Pay us a little more and we'll let you take the test again". Riiiiight.DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I BELIEVE THEY ARE A SHAM!!
Avoid this company at all costs. I was just six minutes away from completing my OSHA 30 certification when the site crashed '??? again. This wasn'???t the first time either. It crashed nearly every day, causing me to lose anywhere from a few minutes to several hours of progress.Customer service was no help. First, they told me to wait 48 business hours. Then they changed it to 24 hours '??? on a Friday afternoon, knowing they don'???t respond over the weekend. I figured I'???d try to re-complete the hours in the meantime, but when I logged back in, the three hours I'???d already redone had been knocked back again by two '??? even though I had saved my progress after every video.When I asked for help, they basically shrugged and asked if I had a screenshot of my hours. Why would I take screenshots? I'???m paying them for a functioning platform, not to document their system'???s failures.There are other, more reliable companies out there for OSHA certification. Save yourself the headache and choose literally anyone else.
