Very unprofessional with the testing. Tried to contact them many times. Difficult to schedule a test. Took longer to arrange for a test than to take the course. Had to leave the test for a medical emergency, but was cancelled for the testing after answering up to question 82 out of 85. They accused me of cheating. Would never recommend this firm. Also, I am told that negative reviews will not be posted.
Snuck in sex trafficing training with the program adding a MINIMUM of 75 minutes to the alcohol training program. NO NOTICE of this when you sign up. Also the website advertised no timer but there are timers on EVERY SECTION!!! Will always remember 360=360 minutes of unnecessary content. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
The class timer is out of sync with the class itself. I continue to see on the required class timer that I fulfilled the required hours but the page where I access the class says that I still have more hours to go before I finish the class. I cannot take the exam . It's been 2 weeks and they haven't fixed it. I'm still waiting. This is the OSHA 30 certification class. This is super frustrating because I was told that it was fixed on two separate occasions over chats that have lasted at least an hour. I have to wait additional days for it to be looked at by the specialist and it still wasn't fixed. I sent another email and I am currently waiting an indeterminate amount of time to access the exam. I paid money for the convenience of taking the class and exam over that internet. It's been a waste of time.
