AI voice, dry text, difficult retention

An AI voice reads a dry text too quickly to write down notes or retain information. I don't know how people make this work. Compared to other, cheaper courses that involve interactive / game like scenarios, this is disappointing and a rip-off.

Don'???t use 360

Horrible customer service. I was charged twice for a training and they would not refund it even though it was clearly a mistake. I even offered to use the second training for another person. I spent so much time on this I gave up.

Never recieved actual certificate

Never recieved actual certificate. Called company and all they say is it is in the mail. Still no certificate has been recieved. I finished the course over 8 MONTHS ago. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
