This certificate is now one of the main requirements to work in the food industryeven as a dishwasher because sooner or later, you will be asked to help out in the kitchen in food prep. This course was easy to use and understandable. Definitely recommend it.
Site charged me 4 times when their payment system kept crashing. Was #1 in queue to take a test with proctor and their stupid application crashed and got sent to #8 after 2 hours! They also wouldn't refund me - what a mofo joke. Just pay the higher price and go with a more reputable company like Servsafe. Also the course content is old af, i did some practice exams (NOT 360) and alot of the questions on them had questions that weren't answered by this course. Ridiculous.
So many typos in slides and questions, some questions grammar issues so bad that they were incomprehensible. Not able to access review or past quizzes to study. Once completed, no re entry. Had to pay for further study tools and review on different websites. This platform was not worth the money, should have payed for a different training program.
I am experiencing some technical difficulties with the platform, including glitches and lagging. Furthermore, the audio seems to be out of sync with the content, and there have been instances of dual audio playing simultaneously. I have also noticed some discrepancies between the content covered and the quiz questions.
